    • Provide a clear video or picture as proof of the damaged product.
  3. Return Eligibility:

    • Returns are eligible only for damaged products with valid proof submitted within the specified timeframe.
  4. Return Process:

    • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for the return shipment.
  5. Refund or Replacement:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or a replacement item will be sent.
  6. Shipping Costs:

    • Daak Street will cover the shipping costs for the return of damaged items. Please follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Support team.

Note:

  • Returns that do not meet the specified criteria or are not reported within the 24-hour timeframe will not be accepted. 
  • No Returns / Exchanges for discounted items. Make sure you're choosing the right product and size before placing the order.
